Vegtable steamer device




In this post, I would like to introduce you to a cooking method called steamingAs all of you probably know, when water goes through hot temperatures, it becomes steam. Hot steam can be hot enough to be able to cook vegetables so  

.we can eat them. 



 




 

steaming is one of the best methods to cook food, especially vegetable like sweet potato, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus. Steaming is an excellent method because it does not require 

.using oil, making it healthier and cheaper.



 

 

 ?So why do I recommend the steamer 


 Healthy cooking. In steaming, all the vitamins and minerals of the vegetables are preserved. In addition, we cook the vegtable without any oil, .which means fewer fats and fewer calories

. Easy setup. even if you are not a great cooker

Saving time: Steaming is a fast way to prepare your food.

    That way the vegetables do not lose their nutritional value, which happens in any other type of cooking or baking
    I bought at the Mahane Yehuda market, in a store that sells products from the East such as products for making sushi and special spices, a bamboo steaming pot that I put on a regular pot with water.
    I used it mostly when my kids were babies and it was important to me to give them vegetables with high nutritional value and with their most natural taste. Maybe that's why my kids love vegetables so much.
