A sense of calm and serenity surrounds you already on the road winds between the hills and in front of a spectacular view, you can often see soaring birds, wild boars crossing the road and colorful seasonal blooms.

As soon as you enter the restaurant, you feel that your heart expands and makes way for clear mountain air. The design does not interfere with the breathtaking scenery around it to stand out. I have no doubt you will enjoy a powerful presence of wood and a unique wooden roof 🌄

The kitchen style is farm to table, you will find in the garden planters beautiful fruits and vegetables and you can see the cooks go out to pick special leaves or vegetables 🌿

The menu is seasonal, sophisticated, delicious and the dishes are beautiful. Fixed price, no need to choose dishes from the menu, some of the dishes are personal but most are shared.

The meal will always start with hot bread or a special pastry from the taboon that adds to the special atmosphere in the restaurant. The dishes vary according to the type of meal. Whatever dish you choose you will find in it the best ingredients that grow in the mountain area, from the meat dishes to the fresh salads. By the way, there are excellent dishes for vegans.

The wine list includes only wineries from the Judean Mountains and in cocktails you can see and taste the plants from the garden - highly recommended, if only for an Instagram photo ...

The choice to maintain a regular motif that respects and represents the produce of the area, is a special concept and what makes Rama's cuisine one of the unique restaurants in the country.

At the entrance, you will be greeted with a wide smile by the staff and feel the extraordinary atmosphere. The service is professional and courteous, a perfect hospitality experience you have never encountered anywhere else.

The restaurant is only open on weekends and must be booked in advance.

On Thursday evenings there is a delicious intoxicating meal and sometimes also special wine evenings where a winemaker comes with a selection of wines and interesting wine stories. Breakfast is served every Friday, Lunch is served on Friday and also on Saturday.
