I want to tell you about a powerful and meaningful experience I had seven years ago. I had just finished my staj year teaching and had not found a job yet. My sister recommended me to try to get accepted to volunteer abroad in Nepal. At first I did not want to.

Tevel Bezedek (The world in Justice) is an organization  that operates in Nepal and Africa and helps the locals there. They have programs in education, women, agriculture and youth. I, as you can imagine worked in education with wonderful teachers. I helped them build more diverse and interesting lesson plans; until then they had only taught English with the help of memorization.

road trip 2020 east coast USA

 When the year 2020 started I had quit my job. Since I wasn't committed to any job I decided to take a brief break before I resumed  working and made a trip to the USA to visit family and tour new places. I have family in the east coast so obviously my trips to the USA will be to the east coast.

Planning a trip alone is a challenging  task.First when going on a journey alone you don't have with whom to brainstorm plans. Second you are alone and don’t have a partner to share experiences with. But it is also a fun thing to plan,because once you do your ‘homework’ it gets easier.After i had done some research like finding flights , learning the map, checking car rental’s  and choosing the cities I wantes to visit  the plan had begun to look good.
